APSRTC Passenger Grievance (Complaint) Cell in Hyderabad

Whenever you come across rash driving by APSRTC, note the number and register a complaint with APSRTC at there toll free number 1800 200 4599. 


Passengers facing any kind of problem regarding city buses can make a complaint at the new grievance cell in Hyderabad. They can make a call to 99592-26126 between 9.00 a.m. To 9.00 p.m on all working days to register their complaint. Passengers can even get the status of their complaint after 3 days. The cell will also conduct meeting on first Sunday of every month to collect feedback regarding the APSRTC operations.

Apart from this, the officials have announced that they will be introducing, 100 mini buses in localities, where the facility of normal buses is not adequate. They are also planning to introduce 350 CNG buses by April, which will be operated from Hakimpet, Cantonment and Medchal depots. They also said that they will be providing upgradation and face lift for over 1200 buses by March ending.

    We travel daily TV9 to Film Nagar. In that route buses are less. And more over they don't follow timings. Particularly in the evening we come to apollo bus stop at 7:30 daily. We observe everyday from 7:35 to 8:20 three buses goes to film nagar crossing Mohan babu house. And no one returns till 8:30. About 40 minutes, what they do at Film Nagar. Just they spend time by chit chat and eating pav baaji and so on. RTC is grabbing one hour of our precious time. After 8:30 they will start one by one within 2-3 minutes gap. That also they share every bus stop. If one bus stopped at check post, the other will not. This fellow skips the next stop. It is just a race for them. Could you able to see in this matter?

    Today i.e., on 25-03-2015 at 7:00 PM (72J route bus with registered no. AP11Z173) driver didnot stop the bus in stop exactly.Besides the driver and conductor of that bus started scolding women in filthy language,very rudely.Respecting women is the culture of INDIA,where it is seen nowhere except in writing ,in buses and others.Please educate the RTC employees on how to talk and treat women.I have called up the grievance cell and lodged a complaint there also.Please ensure that necessary action is taken on both driver and conductor who are on duty on the respective day and respective time.Awaiting for your feedback.Thanking you in advance.

    1. Most of the staff like drivers and conductors are like that.... They are such an idiots having no manners at all. Their authorities must take some action on these issues. I hope they take these complaints seriously

    2. Yes, I faced this kind of situation today. Driver didn't stop properly and when an old man getting into the bus driver moved the bus the result is the old man felt down on the road. I've asked driver and conductor they are rudely behaving with us. "Padite makenti" ani common sense kuda lekunda matladutunnaru. they don't care about the passengers. then what the fuck they are doing in the bus. is that not thier responsibility??? bus details. 10H bus its moving towards sec bad. AP 11 Z 6422.

  3. We travel daily in 17h/10w ACbus waverock to ecil..at morning it will come with 10mins frequency.but at evening we have to wait more time..particularly on weekends we have to wait minimum 50mins...its very irritating...please run busses every day at correct timings..thank you

  4. Dear Sir,

    Today i.e on 3rd October, I was waiting at Balanagar Shobhana bustop around 9:15 P.M for travelling to KPHB. I was actually looking for an AC bus. Luckily AC bus came, but the driver did not stop the bus without looking even if anyone is awaitng to board the bus.
    Bus No: AP 28Z 1816.I even ran after the bus, but he did not even see in the mirror nor stop the bus due to which I lost my time. Please take necessary action on the driver and conductor.

Today 24th Februrary, 2016 morning 9.23 am Ranigunj depot bus In Ameerpet bus stop( 10H from kondapur-Secunderabad) stopped for 1 second and started the bus., while my father entering the bus it was started. While I'm shouting the bus was started the bus driver was very RUDE. I do have some images as well., but unfortunately I didn't Got the bus registration number. Please take action on this type drivers who are very rude on passengers.

    On 27/03/16 at 12.50 PM route no 24s at r.k.puram bus stop with bus registration no AP 28 Z 5295 driver didn't stop in the exact bus stop. Instead he stopped at the end near the fly over road. Where there is no stop at all. I was standing at the bus stop place where usually all other buses stop and showed my hand to stop. But he neglected and stopped near the fly over. Due to his negligence behaviour. I slipped and fell on the road while climbing the bus. When I asked about the same to the bus driver, both the driver and lady conductor started quarreling with me and they asked me to build a proper bus shelter so that they can stop. And the lady conductor was laughing. And when I said I am going to complain to the authorities about the same he gave a very rash reply "saying that if you complain also it is of no use, the driver even went on to say that the people who make an accident are not punished in the court of law For me their will be no punishment for such a small things" this attitude of the driver shows how he values the life's of other and his rude negligent attitude. I suggest and request the authorities that for these type of drivers some srict type of action be taken so that they do not behave in such a negligent way.
