ReplyDeleteI have reserved an bus ticket (with Ticket No.36430541, Service No. 5323/TML-VLLR) the in Tirumala and Vellore bus from Tirupati to Vellore on 15th December, 2014 expected heavy rush on Monday after following of two days holidays. The arrival of the bus to the Tirupati bus stand at 6-15am and has to leave at 6.45 am, I have waited from 6 am to 7 am but the bus service no. has not came to the bus plat form and later I enquired the in the enquiry, she told me that the bus has not yet arrived because the conducted has not signed in the trip sheet or reporting sheet, so I have waited up to 7.30 am, later another bus the service no. 5325 has tame to the plat form and he denied to consider the reserved ticket because the reserved ticket is at 6.45 am bus not 7.45 am bus. He suggested to go the reservation counter and I can consider according their permission and he promised to stay 15 minutes because he came at 7.15 am and has to leave at 7.45 am. I went to the reservation counter and requested him to do the help, immediately withing five minutes, the reservation personal came to the bus stop but this bus conductor who promised to stay upto 15 minutes left before time from the plat form. Then I have taken another bus to go to Chittoor, in this way the APSRCTC wasted my important crucial time by making advance reservation in the bus. I have to go to an urgent meeting in the VIT, Vellore at 10am but due to this I have reported the meeting at 11 am, it indicated my personal irresponsibility and my character. In this way the APSRTC wasting the time of the public and irresponsible in their duties. I request the authorities to take necessary action in the consider personal by warning them and feel responsible and get the good name to the APSRTC.
